3. That we will only send you email newsletters if you give us permission GoFundraise will be sending our subscribers newsletters. That's our way of keeping you informed about new developments in the philanthropic world. You can opt to stop receiving these newsletters whenever you like.

That we cannot control what others do with your information, but we will try If you opt to have your information passed on to another charity, GoFundraise cannot take responsibility for what they do with it. If you wish to stop receiving further communications from a charity please contact them directly. We will also be taking steps to inform all not-for-profit organisations that when in use of our service there is a commitment to these privacy principles.

5. That when you refer our web site to a friend, we won’t be passing on their information to anyone. When you refer a friend to our web site, we won’t be passing on your friend’s email to anyone

6. Law enforcement issues GoFundraise may be required to provide personally identifiable information to the police. This is unlikely, but it could happen. Similarly, GoFundraise reserves the right to cancel your membership and delete any fundraising page without notice in the event of a breach of one of our policies. And we will have no hesitation in referring any concerns about illegal use of our service to the police. Having a page on our service in no way implies our endorsement of your page. It is your responsibility to make sure that your page complies with the policies and philosophies of your chosen charity. GoFundraise reserves the right to cancel your fundraising page if your nominated charity requests us to do so. GoFundraise will often provide links to a charity from the site. The link does not imply endorsement of the charity.

7. Our trademarks and our web site is our property and cannot be used without our permission GoFundraise logos, names, domain names and other services cannot be used without our permission. That’s our way of maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Other logos and trademarks of other not-for-profit organisations used on our site are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

8. Buyer beware That GoFundraise will not be held liable for any loss or damages arising out of your use of the GoFundraise site and services, or your inability to do so, or your reliance on any content related to the site.
